Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the death of Mrs. Phyllis Joyce Gwendolyn Williams [née Bell], beloved wife of Burchall Williams, loving mother to Ellington, Robert [Peter], Walter, Keith and Coolidge Bell, Cecily Smith, Brenda Bean, Sally-Mae Grant and special daughter Berlene Smith, step son, Sheldon Williams, and the late Michael Bell, in her 97th year of 8 Valley Heights, Vesey Street, Devonshire.
