Powell, daughter of the late Alfred John Parfitt and the late Millicent Parfitt, adopted daughter of the late Harold and the late Amy Stowe; mother to Gayle Stowe and Tammy Bean [Coulbert], in her 82nd year of #42 Harrington Sound Road, Smith’s FL 07.
A service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, January 24th at 2:00 p.m. There will be a viewing on Tuesday evening.
Grandmother to Tamara, Renee and Katherine Bean and Tyzayah DeSilva; sister to Edward Johnston [Brenda], Braxton Stowe [Lavern] and Edith Swainson.
