Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Ibrahim X Muhammad
A Home Going service for Ibrahim X Muhammad son of Judy Lightbourne and the late Abdul-Raheem Muhammad, brother of William Boles, Akbar Lightbourne, Khalid, Najib, Ali, Husayn, Kazim Muhammad and Sulayman Trott, Tracy Astwood, Ayesha Paynter, Dena Ward, Zahra and Ruqayyah Muhammad, the late David Lightbourne and Earlette Lightbourne, grandson of the late Henry and Margaret Lightbourne and Florabell Phillips in his 53rd year of 14 Cedar Avenue, Hamilton was held at Masjid Muhammad # 1 Cedar Avenue, Hamilton on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 3pm.
Interment was held at St. George’s Muslim Cemetery.
Also surviving are brother-in-law: Runekco Edwards; sisters-in-law: Lynette Boles, Cindy Lightbourne and Georgenna Wilson; uncle: Earl Lightbourne, Eugene Phillips, Charles Williams; aunts: Lois Harford, Lucielle Lightbourne, Estelle Dixon, Monica Phillips; nieces: April, Maya, Sarazunte’, Preeti, Priya, Ruejezh, Amiah and Madison Lynn; nephews: Sharvaze, Rhydell, Daniel, William III, Jahkeyo; The Phillips Family, Lightbourne Family, Muslim Community, Photograph Family, cousins, friends too numerous to mention.
Ibrahim X Muhammad was predeceased by uncle: Jay Swan, Dunn O’Mara and Leon Lightbourne, Roderick, Walter ‘Peter’ Phillips; aunts: Ivy Simons, Dorothy Woolridge, Vera Paynter, Lucille Ming, Joan Bschorer [nee Phillips]; nephew: Runekco Jr.
