Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Thomas Franklin Desing Burgess.
A Home Going service for Mr. Thomas Franklin Desing Burgess, son of the late Thomas and Inez Burgess nee Smith, brother to the late Thurston Smith, Bentley Burgess, Patricia Johnson and Diana Saltus, uncle to Maxine Hunt [Quillan], Elizabeth Stevens [Clifford], Gail Burgess, Linda Mienzer, Curtis-Lee Johnson [Stephanie] [Florida], [USA], Desing Johnson [Ogo] [California] and Patrick Burgess in his 79th year of Bendicon Seniors Home, Spire View Lane, Sandys will be held at The Marsden First United Methodist Church, South Road, Smith’s on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at 11am.
Interment will follow at Marsden First United Methodist Cemetery.
Flowers may be sent.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Marsden First United Methodist Church on Thursday, November 24, 2016 from 10:00 am – 10:55am only.
Also surviving are 14 great nieces and nephews; seven great-great nieces and nephews; the Burgess and Smith families and numerous other relatives and friends.
