Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Jean Alva Ball nee Dill.
A Home Going service for Mrs. Jean Alva Ball nee Dill, beloved wife to Mr. Thomas James Ball Sr., daughter of the late Clarence Orville Smith and Mary Ball [Dill], mother to Eugene Sr., Sinclair [Dina], Darnell, Karen [Andre], Thomas Jr. [Joanne], Kent Sr. [Donna] in her 75th year of 16 Euclid Avenue, Pembroke will be held at Christ Church, Devonshire on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 12pm.
Interment will follow at Christ Church, Cemetery.
Flowers may be sent.
There will be no viewings.
Also surviving are grandchildren: Eugene Jr. [LaWanda], Kent Jr. [Vurnell], Kandrea, Caleb, Tiffany, Shantel, DeAndre, Takai, Kevon and Wayne Burgess; great-granddaughter: Myah Talbot; sisters: Shirley Lawrence [Gerald], Barbara Smith [Robert], Virginia Minors, Antoinette Douglas; sisters-in-law: Gloria Dill, Sally Astwood [Erskine], June Bassett, Ulette VanPutten and Barbara Smith [Norris]; brother-in-law: Phillip Ball; numerous nieces and nephews; The Grace Methodist Church family and friends.
Jean Ball was predeceased by grandchildren: Joshua and Sinclair II.
