We regret to announce the passing of Winston Eugene Baxter, son of Lynn Baxter and the late Sinclair Reid, brother to John Virgil, Stephen Woodley, Juliette Hoermann, Diane Ming, Linda Baxter, Natalie Simmons, the late Wendell Baxter and St. Clair Virgil, in his 67th year of 17 Tribe Lane, Devonshire.
