We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Charles Larry Wayne ‘Cocky’ Steede, beloved husband of Irma Steede, son of the late Agnes Wills [Louis], loving father to Lani Simmons, Mea Thomas, Sigourney Thomas and the late Che ‘Eggs’ Simmons, step daughter Dorika Wainwright, brother to Calvin Wills, Scott Wills [Roxanne] of the Hampton VA, Essie Rayner, Edna May Phipps, Timmy Paynter and the late Mark Wills, in his 69th year of 43 Alexandra Road, Prospect Devonshire.
