We regret to announce the death of Marjorie [Pat] Athalie Whitter, beloved wife of Eric Whitter, and loving daughter of Phyllis Franks Somersall and the late Coleridge Franks, in her 81st year of 117 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish. Pat is the cherished mother of Karen [late Lawrence] Dill and Daylon [Sandra] Whitter; grandmother of LaKaé [Andrew] Tavares, LaKai Dill, LaKea Dill, Selina Whitter and Daylon Whitter Jr.; great-grandmother of Amaiah Lawren Tavares; and loving sister of Annette [Stuart] Simmons and Astoria [Ralph] Edwards. Pat’s treasured Ming family includes the late Earl Ming Sr.; siblings Sandra [late Michael] Spanswick, Karen [Vincent] Belboda, Celeste Johnson and Earl Ming Jr.; and her very special cousins Calvin [Juanita] Ming, Melvin [Diana] Ming and Carlton [Christine] Ming. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
