It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rita Rhoda Marie Saltus nee Scott, beloved mother to Althea “Penny” and Edward “Eddie” Saltus, daughter of the late Betty Jean Grant and the late Reid Outerbridge and grand daughter of the late Margaret Scott Robinson in her 80th year of 15 Tommy Fox Road, St. George’s DD 03.
