We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Lloyd Raymond Simmons, beloved husband to Gwen Simmons, son of the late Leroy and Ruth Simmons, loving father to Raymond, Wayne [Joanne] and the late Robin Simmons, brother to the late John Powell, Sinclair, Wendall, Carlston and Calvert Simmons, in his 87th year of 2 Stadium Heights Devonshire.
