We regret to announce the passing of Duane [Chisel] Gordon Perry Smith, loving son of the late Assilene Faith Smith and Earlston Phipps Sr in his 61st year of # 4 Simons Drive, Cedar Hill, Warwick.
A Memorial will be held at: West End Church of Christ, # 6 George’s Bay Road, Sandy’s Parish on Friday, March 5th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. There will be no viewing. Capacity of 75 people may be in attendance.
Duane leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved daughters: Dwaynette and Dawnita Smith; grandson: LeVell Samuels; sisters: Pearl Smith, Yvonne Smith, Charmaine Rawlins [Anthony], Valerie Smith, Leanna Hayward [Richard], Sonia Greaves [Carlos] and Andrea Phipps; brothers: LeGregg Smith [Lorraine], Earlston Phipps Jr., Marvin “Julian” Phipps, Dwayne Phipps [Kennita], Dean Smith; cherished nieces, nephews, family and friends too numerous to mention.
Duane was predeceased by uncles: Oren and Alton Smith.
