Adelaide Louise “Weasie” Moore

We regret to announce the passing of Adelaide Louise “Weasie” Moore of 4 Sugar Apple Lane, Pembroke West, beloved wife to Irving Moore; daughter to the late Alice Robine Bean; mother to Giselle Wilson [Darryl] and the late Renee Burrows, grandmother to Patricia Genial, Jared and Aaron Wilson; brothers; Michael Swainson, David Swainson [Doreen] and the late Neville “Chop Chop” Swainson [Marguerite, also deceased] and in her 82nd year. 

Services will be held at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Hamilton on Sunday, February 28th, 2021 at 2pm followed by the internment at the St. Peter’s Church Cemetery in St. George’s. Viewing will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.

Louise leaves to cherish her memory many extended family members and special friends: Junius H Burrows, nieces Rochelle Smith [Ricky], David Ross Swainson [Amy], Christy Swainson, Lee Burrows [Candace], Dean Burrows [Gloria], Angie Leonard [Scott], Jacqueline Robinson and April Rhoden [Scott]; sisters-in-law: Ethlyn James, Eunice Vanlowe, Carolese Symonds, Sherall Moore, Cynthia [Oliver] Smith, KathyAnn Steede, Ruby [Brian] Furbert, Jan Moore, Edith Moore, Pandora Moore, Madree Burrows, Edianne Curtis; Brothers-in-law: Vincent Moore, Danis [Cherie] Moore, Alvin [Sandra] Moore, Eldon Moore; special cousins and their families: Phillip Bascome, Deborah Simons, Joselle Smith, Brenda Pearman, Helen Bailey, Madree Wales, Joselle Smith, Teddy Swainson, Vernon Swainson, the Smack family, and the extended Swainson family; God-daughter: Giselle Matthie, God-sons Randolph Simmons and Brent Burgess and dearest friends: Jackie Seymour, Marva Trott, Gloria Brown, Marlene Madden, Jane McMurray; Joan and Susan Harrington [USA], Sharon and Bill Wright [USA], Yuike [Japan], Jerry and Mildred Windham [USA], Happy Seniors Club, SDA Ushers and the Seventh Day Adventist Church family and numerous other relatives and friends.

Covid-19 precautions are to be observed and are required to have a maximum limit of 20 person in the viewing chapel at any given time. Mask and hand sanitation will be required and social distancing observed.
