We regret to announce the passing of Duane “Chisel” Gordon Perry Smith, son of the late Assilene Faith Smith and Earlston Phipps Sr., loving father to Dwaynette and Dawnita Smith, grandfather to LeVell Samuels, in his 61st year of #4 Simons Drive, Cedar Hill, Warwick.
