We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Richard Leon Eldridge Allen, son of the late Mansfield and Pearl Allen, brother of Mansfield Allen [Janice], Vandyke Allen [Marva], the late Wallace Allen, Greta Gerald, the late Elaine Peoples and the late Marie Hollis, in his 75th year of 14 Suffering Lane St. Georges.
