A private graveside service for Hilda Irene Minors, daughter of the late Mildred Borgesson Smith and the late Edward Westmore Smith; wife of the late Kenneth Minors, loving mother to Ivor Minors [Marion], Judy Minors, Beda Hylton, Wallace Minors, Kevin Minors [Carol], Karen Trott [Irwin] and Kendall Minors; sister Anita Fox, in her 89th year of 45 Ord Road, Warwick will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery , Warwick on Thursday 2nd April, 2020 at 3:00pm.
She leaves to cherish her memory grandchildren Renita Gorum [Marc], David Minors [Theresa], Damon Simmons, Corey Minors, Wallizia Minors, Natasha Hylton, Dr. Kevin Minors, Trae Trott, Tasia Trott and Keevon Minors; great grandchildren TeChe, Skye, Caden, DaMarli and Naeem; sisters-in-law Elizabeth Trott, Mayshore Thomas, Willymae Williams and Naomi Minors; godchildren Quinton Jones, Beverly Baker, Wendall Smith, Brian Williams, Nikki James, Rochelle Harvey, and Nikki Bridgewater; Special friends sister Kate Darrell, Alelia Williams, Lucille Matthews, Martha Harvey and Madelyn Fray, nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
She is predeceased by her sisters the late Kitsy Simons, the late Mildred [Millie] Stoneham, the late Viola Bean, the late Ailene Smith, the late Vivian Smith; her brothers the late Clarence Smith, the late Edward Smith, the late Joseph Smith, the Agnal Smith and her grandson Ivor Minors Jr. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and aides at the hospital & Serenity Gardens Nursing Home in Warwick for the time you have devoted to our mother.
A Memorial Service and Wake will be held at a later date.
