A service celebrating the life of Ms. Diane Ann Smith, beloved daughter of the late John McSweeney and Winifred Lydia McSweeney, in her 74rd year of 13 Spice Hill Rd., Warwick WK03; beloved mother of Stephen McSweeney [Stephanie] and Stephanie McIntyre [Patrick], will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Mary Church, Middle Road, Warwick.
Interment will be follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Warwick.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: St. Mary’s Church, P.O. Box WK 530, Warwick, WKBX, Middle Road. Warwick or Bermuda Stroke and Family Support Association, “Seven Seas” 6 Rock Garden Lane, Smith’s, FL 06.
There will be no viewing.
Diane will be fondly and lovingly remembered by her brother Michael McSweeney [Linda], grandchildren: Thomas and Blake McSweeney, and Rachel and Jacklynn Husak; nephew and niece John Thomas McSweeney [Kristin]; Sara Livingston [Rob]; grand nephew Aiden Livingston; Caregivers: Rose Opena, Fay Leseur, Lady Di Chiappa, Chris, Ruth Dill, Hewey Tavares and other relatives and friends.
