It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny Sousa beloved husband of Linda and father of Frances Noviello-Scotten [David], the late Stephen Sousa , Mark Sousa [Cathy], Terry Chapman [Andrew], Jackie Tailford [Mark], Philip Sousa [Lizzie] and adopted son Noel Landy in his 93rd year of ‘Embargo’, Southampton.
A celebration of his life will be held at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Middle Road, Warwick on Thursday, February 4th at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at St. Mary’s cemetery in Warwick. Colours may be worn.
There will be no viewing and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to WindReach Bermuda, P. O. Box WK 654, Warwick WK BX.
He leaves to cherish in his memory sister Eileen and brother George, sisters-in-law Susan and Mandy, nieces and nephews, grandchildren Justin, Jordan and Jacob Sousa, Nicholas Noviello, Benjamin Scotten, Stewart Ball, great grandchildren and very special friends Harry and Dolly Mello, Sir John Swan and family, Teddy and Nancy Chapman, Anita White, Teddy Powell, Paul and JoAnn King, Gene Bothello, Jackie Catto, Hargrave family, Dawn Fox, predeceased by his first wife Phyllis, brother Dan, sisters Rosie, Dorothy and Lucy. Loving care givers Michelle [Hollywood], Janine [Ok Ok], Erik, Anne, Erica and many others who cared for him and so many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
