Binns Sr., daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Clarke, loving mother to Myron Binns Jr. and Sheryl Wardlaw, sister to Sylvia Hankins, the late Sam, Noel Clarke, Mary Simmons, Iris Lottomore and Jane Dickinson in her 92nd year of 4 Alexandria Lane, Bailey’s Bay, Hamilton Parish.
