We regret to announce the death of Yvonne Evangeline Callender.
A service celebrating the life of Yvonne Evangeline Callender [retired employee of Island Press, Royal Gazette and Bermuda Press], loving mother of Sheryl Callender [Damon Anderson], beloved daughter of the late Joseph and the late Enid Cumberbatch, in her 76th year of 2 Ferrars Lane, Pembroke HM 08, will be held on Thursday, December 31st, 2015 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Hamilton at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish cemetery.
Visitation: Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Thursday Only at the church from 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Yvonne is also survived by her devoted sister, Major Grace Cumberbatch of Atlanta, Georgia; the Anderson family; the Pearman family; Viola Robinson, Brenda Blakendal, Charles G. ‘Jiggs’ Douglas, her St. Paul AME Church family, and numerous cousins and friends in Barbados and across the United States.
Colours may be worn.
